The client brief was to build a new upper level master bedroom and ensuite to maximise the view from the hill. New internal stairs for access to new bedroom, included his and hers built in wardrobes, an ensuite bathroom that included a double sized shower, a new deck extension with a flyover roof, new servery window to serve guests from the kitchen, new glass pool fence to view the pool. Overall the renovation took approx 8 months to complete.
